Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Supported Housing Specialist to join our Specialist Living team in a home-based role. This position will cover patches within the Greater Manchester area and may require occasional travel to other locations in the North West.



The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in supported housing or wellbeing services to deliver a specialist service to vulnerable customers. As a Supported Housing Specialist, you will be accountable for managing agents, compliance, and risk of individual supported housing schemes.



Key Responsibilities:

  • To deliver targeted supported housing services to individual schemes ensuring collaboration with neighbourhoods and effective issue resolution.
  • To ensure all KPI's are met each month by proactively working with internal teams and external partners.
  • To work closely with managing agents to maintain effective partnerships and resolve any issues that arise.
  • To provide excellent customer service to all customers across the organisation.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:



Essential Skills:

  • Experience of working in a supported housing environment and/or wellbeing services.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in a supported housing context.
  • Experience of delivering first-class customer service.
  • Strong partnership-working skills, with the ability to collaborate with local authorities, commissioning teams, and partner agents.
  • IT skills up to an intermediate level, including Microsoft Office.
  • A full UK driving license and access to your own car.
