About the Role

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will provide vital support to students with additional learning needs, helping them to achieve their academic goals. You will work closely with teachers and other support staff to deliver high-quality lessons and ensure that all students receive the support they need to succeed.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  1. You will provide one-to-one and group support to students who require additional help with their studies.
  2. You will assist in the preparation and delivery of lessons, ensuring that all students have access to the resources they need to learn.
  3. You will work with students to develop strategies to overcome barriers to learning and improve their overall educational outcomes.
