We are seeking an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join our team in Grant Lincolnshire offices on a hybrid basis. As a Corporate Solicitor, you will provide expert legal advice to companies and partnerships regarding their rights, responsibilities, and obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Providing expert legal advice to clients and building strong relationships with them.
  2. Managing your own case load, participating in client meetings, and providing guidance to junior team members.
  3. Handling administrative duties such as supervising junior members of the team and ensuring the accuracy of all work completed.
  4. Managing finance and budgetary aspects, including timely billing and tracking debtors.
  5. Developing new client relationships and offering legal advice and assistance to current clients.
  6. Ensuring compliance requirements are met and advising on complex legal matters such as EMI schemes, option agreements/plans, and capital reductions/demergers.

The successful candidate will have a minimum 2:1 Law degree and the ability to work independently with high-quality standards and corporate law expertise.

The estimated salary for this role is £80,000 - £120,000 per annum depending on experience.
