• Develop cost-benefit analysis and project charters for digital transformation projects.
• Assist in developing and maintaining digital transformation strategies, including data and emerging technologies, for the organization and across functions.
• Conduct industry analysis and market trends on digital transformation topics as needed.
• Control the group responsible for creating and implementing user acceptance campaigns for initiatives, including technical implementations, digitization, and emerging technologies.
• Conduct assessments of performance and change readiness, leading one or more teams to build and implement digital solutions, data visualizations, and other digital enablement initiatives.
• Define prospects for future learning that will allow the application of digital transformational technologies.
• Inform corporate audiences about concepts related to digital enablement and humanize the cultural ramifications of the switch to emerging technologies.
