Employment Lawyer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Employment Lawyer to join our team at JMC Legal Recruitment. As a leading recruitment agency for the legal sector, we are committed to finding the best talent for our clients.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an Employment Associate with 4+ years PQE to join a top 20 international law firm in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for a full range of tribunal litigation, drafting and reviewing HR policies, and advising high-net-worth individuals on employment law.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advocacy at preliminary hearings and tribunal litigation
  • Drafting and reviewing HR policies and employment contracts
  • Advising high-net-worth individuals on employment law and negotiation of service agreements
  • Coordinating international projects and advising on employment law in the UK
