As a Technical Writer Service Engineering Specialist, you will be part of a dynamic team that continuously improves itself and others. You will work on challenges that truly matter, collaborating with dedicated professionals who care for each other, customers, and patients.

The Technical Writer Service Engineering team supports Cytiva's ongoing development programs for new and legacy products. You will be a critical team member, working cross-functionally to support new product development and legacy instrumentation in documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Finalize service-related documents with content provided by the Service Readiness Engineers
  • Ensure quality and technical accuracy of content and compliance with regulatory requirements (ISO, GdP, EHS, etc.)
  • Support engineering change orders in collaboration with the Service Readiness Engineering Team
  • Support and monitor all document releases and updates in our several platforms
  • Support standardization of our documentation according to field service needs and quality compliance requirements

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering, Life Science, or Language processing or 2 years relevant work experience
  • Experience of working in project teams meeting deadlines and deliverables
  • Familiar with ISO/GmP/GdP quality systems related to design control and product release requirements and audits
  • Fluent speaking and excellent writing in English language
