Job Description: Cerebral Palsy Support Assistant
Location: Maidenhead, Berkshire
Job Type: Part-time
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Cerebral Palsy Support Assistant to join our team in Maidenhead. The successful candidate will provide support to individuals with cerebral palsy, focusing on enhancing their independence and quality of life.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualised care plans to promote independence and well-being
- Provide support with daily living activities, including personal care, mobility, and communication
- Assist with medication administration and monitor health conditions
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements:
- Degree in a related field, such as Health and Social Care or Nursing
- Prior experience working with adults with cerebral palsy or similar disabilities
- Valid UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
