Gas Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Gas Engineer to join our team in Dorset, providing exceptional commercial gas, heating, combustion, and building services engineering maintenance across various client properties.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver proactive and reactive maintenance works for commercial combustion, heating, and HVAC systems, ensuring customer expectations are exceeded.
- Perform other types of building services maintenance, including fabric, HVAC, mechanical, and related tasks.
- Respond to client calls as detailed on the callout rota, providing timely and effective support.
- Maintain the cleanliness of plant rooms, workshops, and storage areas.
- Undertake new installations, major and minor repair works to clients' heating systems.
- Diagnose and repair faults on systems and plant, including basic electrical fault finding.
- Monitor contractors and their workmanship, issuing Permits to Work as necessary.
- Ensure all heating equipment operates to specified performance criteria and meets agreed company standards.
- Core Safety: COCN1
- Domestic Core Gas Qualifications: CCN1, CENWAT1, CPA1, ICAE1
- Commercial Gas Qualifications: TPCP1A, ICPN1, CORT1, CIGA1
- City & Guilds / NVQ level 2/3 in Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, or related engineering discipline
- Gas Safe Registered
- IPAF / PASMA
- Full UK Driving License
