Salary: £23.50 per hour, equivalent to £47,047 per annum

A reputable care facility is seeking to appoint a qualified Charge Nurse with RGN, RMN, or RNLD credentials to enhance their nursing team.

As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for leading the nursing shift, managing patient care, and mentoring junior nursing staff, thereby playing a crucial role in the operational management of the facility.

Candidate Requirements

Applicants for this Charge Nurse position should possess:

  • NMC Registered Adult Nurse/RGN, Registered Mental Health Nurse/RMN, or Learning Disability Nurse/RNLD
  • Strong clinical expertise and comprehension
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, interpersonal, and time-management abilities
  • Capability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently when necessary
  • Leadership skills to inspire and guide a team
