Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Healthcare Support Specialist to join our phlebotomy team, working closely with patients to collect blood samples and provide excellent customer care.

The hourly rate for this role is £12.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collecting Blood Samples: Collecting venous blood samples from patients, adhering to strict guidelines and protocols.
  • Clinical Support: Providing clinical support to patients, answering questions and offering guidance on healthcare-related matters.
  • Stock Management: Managing stock levels of essential materials, ensuring seamless service delivery.
What You'll Need
  1. Previous Experience: Previous experience as a Phlebotomist is desirable, but we will consider applicants without experience and provide full training.
  2. NVQ2 Training: Willingness to learn and complete a Healthcare Training Programme at NVQ2 or equivalent.
  3. Flexibility: Flexible to work weekends.
