Job Title: Beauty Services Supervisor

At Sephora, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Beauty Services Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of Beauty Advisors to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of Beauty Advisors to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Supervise and train Beauty Advisors to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide expert advice and services to customers.
  • Manage the daily operations of the counter, including scheduling, inventory management, and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
  • Collaborate with the store management team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take proactive measures to optimize sales and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Experience in the beauty industry, with a focus on makeup and skincare services.
  • Hold relevant certifications in makeup artistry, skincare services, or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of beauty products, trends, and techniques.
  • Proven experience in team leadership or supervisory roles.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
