As a leading Hertford-based electrical wholesaler, Proactive Solutions Group Ltd has been providing top-notch services to its clients for years. We're now seeking an Internal Sales and Trade Counter Executive to help us grow our business and expand our customer base.

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and walk-ins from customers, responding promptly to their queries and concerns
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase sales and revenue
- Identify new business opportunities and implement sales strategies to achieve targets
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and effective sales processes

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the electrical wholesale industry
- Strong knowledge of the electrical wholesale market and products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
