• Multidisciplinary Kitchen: Work alongside a professional team in a busy fine dining kitchen, high-end banqueting space, and 1 rosette Brasserie.

Dish Hospitality operates this stunning country hotel, located near Ilkley & Skipton, offering Rosette dining in their fine dining kitchen, as well as high-end banqueting and a 1-rosette Brasserie on site.

• Prepare and cook dishes using modern and interesting techniques.
• Work effectively as part of a team to deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Experience working with fresh food in a restaurant, hotel, or gastro pub.
• A desire to learn and adapt to new situations.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
