We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HSE Advisor - Project Lead to join our team at Urenco UK Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) projects.
Key Responsibilities- Promote a proactive safety culture and integrate HSE objectives into project activities.
- Drive HSE compliance by offering specialist advice and support to project teams and contractors.
- Lead the implementation of effective HSE strategies, ensuring best practices and legislative adherence.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance safety performance and ensure successful project delivery.
- Degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional qualifications (e.g., NEBOSH).
- Proven experience in high-hazard environments, particularly within the construction sector.
- Strong leadership in HSE, with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Expertise in integrated management systems and HSE improvement programs.
