Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Lead Clinical Statistical Programmer to join our team. This role involves developing and validating SAS programs for data presentations and analyses, providing programming support to a global project team, and participating in the development of innovative new benchmark drugs.


Responsibilities
  • Develop and validate complex SAS programs for clinical trials, including SDTMs, ADaM datasets, and TFLs.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior programmers and project teams.
  • Maintain awareness of industry standards, regulatory requirements, internal guidelines, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Identify and propose innovative ways to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity in clinical statistical programming.

Requirements
  • Degree in mathematics, life sciences, statistics, computer sciences, or equivalent experience in statistical programming for clinical trials.
  • Proven professional experience as a statistical programmer within a biotech, CRO, or pharmaceutical company.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of base SAS, SAS macros, SAS/STAT, and ability to debug SAS programs.
  • Solid knowledge of CDISC standards, submission experience, and strong organizational skills.
