Risk Management Specialist

The RoleWe are seeking a Business Admin Apprentice to join our Executive team, supporting the administration of risk, assurance, and performance processes across the organization. As an apprentice, you will provide administrative support to ensure key documents are up-to-date, assist with data protection requirements, and support the collation and analysis of performance data. You will also contribute to the implementation of good practice and continuous improvement across the business.
Main Responsibilities- Support the Governance, Risk, and Assurance Manager with the administration of the Governance Framework, Assurance Framework, and Risk Management processes.
- Administer Strategic Performance Group (Risk & Performance) and Information Security Compliance Group, including creating agendas, circulating papers, attending meetings, taking and writing up notes/actions from meetings, and following up actions.
- Assist with the completion of Subject Access Requests and similar data requests.
- Collaborate with the Business Improvement and Performance analyst to maintain and improve systems to ensure Key Performance Indicator (KPI) data and other Management Information is collected, recorded, and reported in line with business requirements.

- You will have a willingness to learn about different aspects of the Company and be interested in learning about the principles of governance, risk, and assurance, including the use of Word, Excel, Outlook, and databases.
