About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Leadership Associate Nurse to join our team at Norfolk & Suffolk Foundation NHS Trust. As a key member of our inpatient unit, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and leading by example in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate risks
  • Provide education and training to junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Participate in service development and improvement initiatives to drive excellence in patient care

Requirements
  • RMN or equivalent professional qualification
  • Non-Medical Independent Prescriber
  • Degree Level Qualification or equivalent
  • Experience of implementing evidence-based practice and/or service improvement
