Excavation and Foundation Contractor

We are seeking a skilled Excavation and Foundation Contractor to join our team at Kent Business Portal.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the excavation and foundation work required for the reconstruction of the boundary wall at Nethercourt Campsite in Ramsgate.

The project involves removing the existing boundary wall and some trees, and reconstructing the boundary wall with temporary fencing now erected.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversight of excavation and foundation work.
• Collaboration with TDC's Consultant to ensure the project is completed to a high standard.
• Ensuring all works are completed within the anticipated duration of 4 weeks.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in excavation and foundation work.
• Strong knowledge of boundary wall reconstruction techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure.

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum.
