Bakery Specialist

We are seeking a talented Bakery Specialist to join our team at Bioren Limited T/A Planet Organic. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for crafting delicious and visually stunning baked goods using organic and natural ingredients.

Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in baking, with a flair for creativity and a passion for using organic and natural ingredients. You will work closely with our Demi Chef de Partie to ensure timely production and delivery of baked goods to all nine Planet Organic stores.

• Prepare and produce a wide variety of baked goods using organic and natural ingredients.
• Develop and execute creative recipes and innovative ideas that align with Planet Organic's product standards.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and taste.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Baker in a high-volume, quality-focused kitchen environment.
• Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of organic and natural ingredients, as well as their unique properties in baking.
