Job Title: Change Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Change Project Manager to lead our multi-department transformation project. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for facilitating people, process, and system changes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure effective feedback mechanisms are in place by championing a consultative and partnership approach to the development of plans and implementation of change.
  • Create communication plans, developing, initiating, and maintaining a constant and differentiated dialogue with all stakeholders using a variety of media to build engagement.
  • Champion the needs and views of key stakeholders involved in the development of new processes, facilities, or technologies.
  • Identify interdependencies between projects and other change initiatives, ensuring stakeholders are consulted and fully engaged.
  • Design, lead, and document engagement processes and develop a change toolkit that can be used across all relevant projects.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in change management and project delivery.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
