About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at Fawkes & Reece London. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle, from inception to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of the project, including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring that they are within budget and that any variances are reported and addressed promptly.
  • Lead and motivate a team of project managers, engineers, and other professionals to achieve project goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager or Project Director on commercial fit-out projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction management principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • SMSTS, First Aid, Fire Marshall, and Black Card/NVQ Level 6 certifications.
