About the Role

As a key member of the ASM Global team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the marketing vision to maximize venue income and attendance levels. Your primary objective will be to deliver all aspects of marketing, advertising, and event activation for the site, ensuring that events at the venue are publicized and generate interest throughout the local and national circuit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive attendance and revenue growth.
  • Manage and execute marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and event promotions.
  • Collaborate with the senior management team to develop business strategies and policies for the venues.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, posters, and digital content.
  • Manage relationships with promoters, event organizers, and external suppliers to ensure effective marketing and event execution.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing data to optimize campaign performance and inform future marketing strategies.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the arts, entertainment, or events industry.
  • Strong understanding of local and regional entertainment offers and venues to ensure effective marketing strategies.
  • Exceptional copywriting and editing skills, with the ability to produce high-quality marketing materials.
  • Ability to interpret and analyze marketing data to derive actionable insights.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
