About the Role

As a Recruitment Consultant in our Liverpool-based business, you will play a key part in growing and establishing your own secondary desk. You will have the opportunity to join us on a term time only contract, working 39 weeks of the year.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new client relationships through business development and sales calls
  • Manage current relationships within the business
  • Grow existing client accounts by identifying further sales opportunities
  • Interact with clients to assist them with their recruitment needs
Candidate Experience
  • Source candidates matched against pre-qualified specifications for clients
  • Write and tailor advertisements specific to client requirements
