About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Advanced Resource Managers (ARM). As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for managing all commercial activities throughout the design stage, assisting with tender bid compilation, and engaging with subcontractors and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage commercial activities throughout the design stage, including tender bid compilation and subcontractor engagement.
  • Work closely with our design, pre-construction, and estimating teams to ensure commercial coverage.
  • Negotiate and review contracts with clients, with support from senior management.
  • Place subcontract agreements with specialist subcontractors.
  • Prepare and submit monthly interim valuations to clients in line with contracts.
  • Manage, value, and agree variations to contracts.
  • Carry out valuations, prepare, and submit compliant payment notices to subcontractors.
  • Manage and agree variations with subcontractors.
  • Agree final accounts upstream and downstream.
  • Produce and present financial reports for projects in line with company timetables.
  • Review and understand project programs, ensuring correct contractual notices are issued.

Package

We offer a competitive salary of up to £75,000, £4,500 car allowance, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, private medical insurance, and life assurance.
