About the Job

We're partnering with an innovative B2C SaaS start-up to hire an experienced Marketing Performance Analyst. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in customer growth data and marketing analytics, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of insightful dashboards in Looker, providing stakeholders with easy access to critical metrics.
  • Analyse and interpret data to generate insights, with a specific focus on marketing performance and customer growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data-driven opportunities that support exponential growth.
  • Develop and maintain data models and visualisations using dbt, cloud-based data platforms (preferably GCP), and Looker.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in Analytics Engineering with a strong technical skill set in dbt, cloud-based data platforms (preferably GCP), and Looker for advanced data modelling and visualisation.
  • A solid background in customer growth data and marketing analytics, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with Python or Hex for data manipulation, automation, and advanced analytics is highly advantageous.
  • A strong interest in the start-up ecosystem and a proactive mindset for delivering data-driven value in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
