About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Privacy and Compliance Lead to join our Global Privacy Team in Dyson Legal. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the company's compliance with privacy regulations and laws across the globe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice on privacy compliance requirements to stakeholders across all of Dyson's business and operations globally.
  • Act as the first point of contact for privacy-related matters escalated by stakeholders in the EMEA region, including supporting stakeholders with the resolution of potential privacy incidents.
  • Drive the Global Privacy Team's ongoing privacy compliance activities within the region and across other corporate functions, including undertaking privacy assessments with stakeholders, designing privacy compliance policies, frameworks and controls, undertaking visits to Dyson Markets, and delivering training.
  • Proactively monitor and analyse evolving laws, rules, regulations and guidance to help Dyson maintain compliance and strategic alignment.
About You

We are looking for a highly experienced professional with a strong background in privacy and data protection laws, including the EU GDPR and local laws and regulations within the EMEA region. You will possess a relevant degree qualification and appropriate privacy-related qualifications. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to work effectively with multiple stakeholders regionally or globally.
