The Clinical Psychologist will be joining a well-established clinical team at Baston House School in Kent, working collaboratively with Speech and Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Assistant Psychologists, and Therapies Assistants to facilitate MDT working and maximize clinical outcomes for pupils.

The successful candidate will be working within the overall framework of the service policies and procedures, ensuring quality assurance and contributing to the development of empowering environments where pupils can flourish.

As a Clinical Psychologist at Baston House School, you will have the opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of the people we support, working in a role with autonomy and supported by an exceptional team of likeminded individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervising Assistant Psychologists
  • Working with children and adults who have an intellectual disability and/or autism with additional needs
  • Collaborating with a range of key partners
  • Collecting and analyzing data to inform service delivery, development, and project work

Requirements:

  • Post-graduate doctoral level qualification in Psychology
  • Registered with the HCPC and BPS
  • Experience in supervising Assistant Psychologists

  • Ability to work collaboratively with a range of key partners
  • Skills in the management of data
