About the Role

As Assistant Store Leader, you will support the Store Manager in driving commercial success and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Demonstrate leadership by example, maintaining high standards of behaviour and integrity.
  2. Train and develop your team, supporting performance reviews and appraisals.
  3. Analyse financial data and drive sales growth through strategic decision-making.
  4. Ensure store operations run smoothly, managing scheduling, costs, and productivity.
  5. Liaise with Head Office to influence stock packages and implement retail plans.
  6. Maintain a safe and secure work environment, adhering to procedures and protocols.
  7. Oversee visual merchandising, leading sale launches and floor moves to company standards.
  8. Promote the FatFace vision and values, championing social and environmental initiatives.
  9. Develop crew members, providing learning opportunities and coaching.
