We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented support assistant to work alongside a Chartered Clinical Psychologist in our Glasgow office. This part-time position involves managing daily patient-related activities, supporting the delivery of research projects, private clinical practice, digital content creation, and other exciting endeavors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning and delivering clinical work under supervision
  • Support the planning and execution of national and international research and clinical projects
  • Liaise with international collaborators, including academics, universities, governments, commercial organizations, public and private research institutions, and healthcare providers
  • Contribute to knowledge dissemination through attendance at international conferences and via digital media channels
  • Meet and greet visitors to the organization
  • Update the website (training will be provided)
  • Note-taking and transcription

Requirements include a strong working knowledge of MS Office, adherence to data protection when dealing with confidential materials, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends. The ideal candidate will have an interest in film making, videography, editing, or animation, and be available to work on a freelance basis.

Salary: £40-50 per hour based on qualification and experience. Work remotely with occasional travel to project sites required. Benefits include a flexible schedule and opportunity for professional growth.
