Multiskilled Tradesperson

We are a reactive maintenance company seeking a skilled self-employed Carpenter / Multi Skilled Operative to join our team in London and the South East.

As a Carpenter / Multi Skilled Operative, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of repair and maintenance services, with a focus on carpentry work. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment, responding to client requests for property repairs, installations, and upgrades.

Your duties will include:

• Conducting carpentry repairs and installations, such as repairing or replacing doors, windows, stairs, flooring, and skirting boards.
• Conducting general property repairs, including roofing, painting and basic plumbing.
• Diagnosing and resolving issues related to property maintenance, including identifying the cause of problems and recommending appropriate solutions.
• Ensuring work is completed to a high standard, following health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Communicating with clients in a professional and friendly manner, providing excellent customer service and building positive relationships.
• Keeeping accurate records of work completed, materials used, and time spent on each job.
