Waterborne Pathogens Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Legionella Plumber to join our client, one of the largest facilities management and maintenance contractors in the UK. The successful candidate will provide delivery of planned and reactive FM maintenance services for commercial plumbing and drainage installations.

• Undertake inspection and repairs across a variety of commercial plumbing and drainage installations, including pipework inspections, repairs, and associated equipment maintenance.
• Deliver high-quality services to clients, answering queries, reporting defects, and keeping them informed of site activities.
• Complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time, maintaining logs of inspection reports and remedial work.

The ideal candidate will have experience within a Maintenance / FM environment, relevant qualifications (e.g., C&G Level 3 / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent), knowledge of Health & Safety, Permit to Work procedures, and safe systems of working.

Estimated salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.
