About the RoleWe are seeking a highly experienced Cyber Security Manager to further develop our security stance, ensuring compliance with existing regulations while improving business defenses.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor security intelligence sources, including vendor notifications and internal system alerts.
- Respond to incidents, triage effectively, and provide clear communication to internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee access control, assist with secure system configuration, and ensure accurate documentation is available.
- Support service owners in applying security controls.
- Manage compliance obligations, including maintaining ISO certifications and handling external audits.
- Identify and implement improvements in security processes, including staff training and incident response procedures.
The ideal candidate will have a Cyber Security background, a solid understanding of cloud infrastructure, and knowledge of compliance frameworks, particularly ISO27001 and Cyber Essentials.
They should be able to explain technical issues to non-technical individuals and have experience with safely integrating and operating third-party cloud services.
