Job Title: Human Resources Transformation Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Transformation Specialist to join our Stanton House team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Transformation and HR Director to design and implement future state business processes for Hire2Retire, JML, and Employee Lifecycle processes.

This is a unique opportunity to drive transformation within our organization, leveraging your expertise in process design, analysis, and implementation. As a key member of our team, you will analyze HR operations, identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and gaps in current processes, and recommend data-driven improvements to align with business objectives and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze HR operations, identifying areas for improvement and developing recommendations for process re-engineering, automation, and best practices integration.
  • Design and implement process changes, working closely with stakeholders to ensure successful adoption and minimize disruption.
  • Collaborate with the HR Director and Head of Transformation to develop and implement a comprehensive transformation strategy, driving cultural change and improving overall HR service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 months initial contract with potential for extension.
  • Daily rate: £550 outside IR35.
  • Hybrid / London (3 days in the office) location.
  • Reporting to Head of Transformation and working closely with HR Director.
  • Must have skills: Process Design BA with Hire2Retire, JML, and Employee Lifecycle track record.
  • Not applicable for HR systems/HR Tech BA's.

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum.

About You:

  • HR BA Process experience including Hire2Retire, JML – Joiners, Leavers, Movers Processes.
  • Expertise in leading end-to-end HR process change initiatives for JML and H2R.
  • Ability to roll-out To Be process changes for JML and H2R during workshops.
