Role Overview

We are seeking an Employment Law and Diversity Expert to join our international team at NBCUniversal.

About the Role

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain insight into how NBCUniversal approaches diversity, equality, and inclusivity in the workplace.

You will work closely with specialist labour and employment lawyers advising on issues in the UK, EMEA, and APAC, and working on an amazing variety of legal issues across our portfolio of businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the international Employment Law team with various tasks and projects.
  • Working closely with the FEP team to coordinate Respect in the Workplace training across the UK and EMEA.
  • Conducting and documenting investigations into workplace concerns raised by staff.

This internship will enhance your knowledge of the fast-paced world of media and entertainment and provide you with practical experience of working in a dynamic and diverse environment.

  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
  • An appreciation of the importance of confidentiality and discretion.
  • The ability to manage and prioritise, meet deadlines, and undertake various administrative duties at once.
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm with a drive to get involved and voice ideas.
  • A willingness to collaborate and work as part of a team.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including access to training and development opportunities, a comprehensive health and wellbeing package, and a generous pension scheme.
