Role Overview:

We are recruiting for an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our established Recruitment Agency in Caerphilly. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for new business development, building and maintaining a temporary and permanent staffing desk.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing potential candidates, reviewing applications, and onboarding.
  • Prospecting potential clients using sales, business development, marketing techniques, and networking to grow your client base.
  • Collaborating effectively with the team to achieve and exceed KPI's, targets & objectives.
  • Delivering the highest quality of client and candidate service.
  • Growing your own client base and servicing temporary staff contracts.
  • Finding and filling permanent vacancies.

Requirements:

We are looking for a vibrant, positive, and adaptable individual with a strong sales background and experience in managing a busy temporary desk. You will have excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a hunger to succeed.
