Learning Program Director

Ackerman Pierce Ltd seeks a skilled Curriculum Manager to lead our educational provision in Haringey. This is a 3-month initial contract with potential for extension, offering a competitive salary and benefits package.
About the RoleThis exciting opportunity allows you to make a real impact on our community by driving quality and excellence in adult education. You will be responsible for managing curriculum and quality assurance, overseeing curriculum planning and delivery, and leading IQA activities.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement curriculum plans that meet funding requirements and offer value for money.
- Lead and evaluate IQA activities across subject sectors, ensuring education quality and continuous improvement.
- Conduct evaluations of teaching, learning, and assessment, including observations and deep dives.
- Manage staff, resources, and budgets to ensure effective delivery of learning programs.
Requirements:
- A proven track record in curriculum management, preferably in ESOL & Wellbeing or Functional & Digital Skills & Career Development.
- Experience in quality assurance and ability to meet funding and council priorities.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to inspire staff and manage resources effectively.
Estimated Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum
