Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HGV Driver to join our team at Alsford Timber Limited. As an HGV Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery and collection of goods.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate a heavy goods vehicle to transport goods safely and efficiently
  • Load and unload goods at delivery and collection points
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to provide a professional service
  • Meet deadlines and targets for delivery and collection

Requirements

  • Valid HGV Licence
  • Full CPC and Digi Card
  • HIAB Licence (desirable)
  • Full Clean Driving Licence (desirable)
  • At least 6 months of driving experience
