About the Role

This exciting opportunity has arisen for an Engineering Solutions Expert to join our Bluebolt Recruitment team in Kent. As a key member of the manufacturing team, you will play a pivotal role in driving product development and innovation.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field and proven experience in product development and mechanical design. Strong technical skills, including proficiency in 3D CAD software (Inventor), are essential for success in this role.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and detailing engineering components and complete systems
  • Validating and verifying designs to ensure quality and safety standards
  • Maintaining effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Liaising with commercial function, manufacturing, and project management teams
