Job Description:
We are seeking a Customer Experience Director to lead our team and drive sales at Screwfix Direct Ltd. As a key member of our branch team, you will oversee budgets, P&L statements, merchandising, managing stock, and improving profits. Your role will involve developing a personality for your store, finding your fit and championing a specific area to support the business and your development.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Experienced manager with retail knowledge and skills
* Proven business management abilities with a passion for retail
* Strong leadership skills, always putting the customer first
* Friendly, flexible, reliable, honest, and willing to work hard

Compensation:
* Estimated salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience
