Automation Tester Job Description

Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Software Tester with a strong background in automation testing to join a market leading company on new and exciting projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manual and automated software testing
  • Development and maintenance of test automation frameworks using Python, GitLab, and Linux
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs
  • Creation and execution of test plans and test cases
  • Analysis and reporting of test results

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in manual and automated software testing
  • Strong knowledge of Python, GitLab, and Linux
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment with 4 days in the office
  • BPSS clearance

What We Offer:

  • A competitive daily rate of £300-£400
  • A 6-month initial contract with the possibility of extension
