As a Removals Sales Surveyor, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, assessing their relocation needs, and providing accurate quotations to convert inquiries into successful business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle new inquiries from the web portal and phone, discussing customers' requirements.
  • Survey either face to face or virtually and prepare precise proposals for moves.
  • Request competitive rates and deliver tailored quotations to customers.
  • Follow up with customers to maximize conversion rates and secure new business.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Removals Sales Surveyor
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to provide accurate quotes.
  • Proven ability to manage customer relationships and close sales.
