We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment and HR Specialist to join our team at CV Locator. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring we attract and retain the best talent in the market.
This is a part-time role with flexible hours, perfect for a seasoned HR professional looking to balance work with other commitments. You will be supported by an external HR team to ensure we comply with all current legislation.
Key Responsibilities:- End-to-End Recruitment:
- Search for and screen CVs that meet our requirements.
- Review and shortlist job applicants.
- Conduct initial interviews, either in person or virtually.
- Make recommendations to hiring managers for final interviews.
- HR Documentation Management:
- Prepare and manage HR-related documents, including new starter contracts, offer letters, and onboarding letters.
- Assist in managing disciplinary meetings and other employee relations tasks as needed.
- General Support:
- Provide support on various HR tasks, contributing to the smooth operation of the HR function within CV Locator.
- Proven experience in recruitment and HR, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with a keen eye for detail.
