We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Relationship Manager to join our team at AmTrust International. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the activity and performance of our third-party partners, ensuring all policies are adhered to and all relevant compliance is met.
Key Responsibilities:- To establish, manage, and support the development, implementation, and embedding of third-party vendor management policies and framework within the business.
- Collaborate with Claims Delegated Authority Manager to enhance business performance and ensure alignment with tactical and strategic goals.
- Support the onboarding processes of third parties, ensuring due diligence and necessary approvals.
- Complete required reporting on supplier performance and third-party risks.
- Outstanding relationship/account management experience.
- Ability to establish credibility, influence internal and external colleagues, and build strong relationships.
- Solid track record of bringing a common sense approach to the role.
- Leadership and change management experience.
- Ability to be a strong team player and someone who is keen to get stuck in.
- Knowledge of third-party risk management, regulatory outsourcing, and industry experience (preferred but not essential).
