We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. As a specialist recruiter in our accountancy and finance team, you will have the opportunity to work with a large geographical patch and develop your skills in client growth, candidate engagement, and negotiation.
Key Responsibilities- Foster lasting relationships with clients and actively pursue new business opportunities.
- Find and engage the best talent for our clients, guiding them through the interview and offer process.
- Create win-win situations for clients and candidates, negotiating terms and fees to create mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Meet and exceed KPIs with zeal and efficiency, collaborating with a high-performing team to achieve outstanding results.
- Become an industry expert through networking and staying ahead of market trends.
