About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Trainee Nursing Assistant. As a Trainee Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, working closely with our experienced nursing team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the delivery of person-centered care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Work collaboratively with the nursing team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control and health and safety protocols.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Level 3 Diploma S/NVQ in Health and Social Care (or working towards)
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Health & Social Care, with leadership responsibilities and experience in administering medications.
  • Knowledge and understanding of person-centered care planning processes and relevant legislative and regulatory requirements.
