Join Shorterm Group as a highly skilled B1/C Licensed Engineer and contribute to the maintenance of our fleet and third-party aircraft under Bombardier approvals.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Lead and oversee base and line maintenance for group and customer aircraft, ensuring timely and accurate certification.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical defects with in-depth knowledge of aircraft systems and industry protocols.
* Effectively manage a team of support staff, providing oversight during large base maintenance checks.
* Maintain detailed and precise aircraft documentation, adhering to maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting best practices.

**Essential Qualifications & Experience:**

* Valid UK Part 66 and/or EASA Part 66 B1.1/C Licence.
* Type ratings on one or more of the following aircraft: Cessna 525, Learjet 45, BD100 (CL300), CL600-2B16 (604 variant).
