Support Worker - Oxfordshire

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing support and care to individuals with learning disabilities, including:

  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication
  • Supporting individuals to engage in activities and hobbies
  • Providing emotional support and companionship
  • Assisting with meal preparation and cooking
  • Supporting individuals to access community resources and services
