This role is for someone who is passionate about improving the way we communicate with our customers to a broad audience. You'll use your subject matter expertise to help produce a range of documentation, including user and reference guides, letters, and other forms.
As a Product Communication Specialist, you'll work collaboratively with Marketing Managers and Product Managers to bring their ideas to life and align them with each customer journey. You'll need to manage multiple priorities in a busy and challenging environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Translating complex technical information into easy-to-understand copy for varied audiences.
- Challenging the status quo with a continuous improvement and innovative mindset.
- Ensuring operations staff have accurate and up-to-date content to use when replying to customers across various contact channels.
What we're looking for:
- Someone skilled at turning technical content into engaging, easy-to-understand copy for a range of audiences.
- A strong attention to detail, analytical, and technical mindset.
- The ability to work with and across other business units.
