We are seeking a talented Physical Development Specialist to join our Charlton Athletic Football Club team. As a key member of the Physical Performance department, you will be responsible for designing and delivering individualized athletic development programs that support the club's blueprint and achieve high-quality athletes who are balanced, autonomous, and adaptable.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement individualized athletic development programs for women and girls.
  • Work closely with the Physiotherapist/Sports Therapist to develop and support injury rehabilitation training.
  • Contribute to the development of the Physical Performance department's curriculum, ensuring strength and conditioning provision complements the football program.
Key Requirements
  • BSc in Sports Science or a related discipline.
  • UK Strength and Conditioning Association (UKSCA) or ASCC accreditation.
  • FA DBS, FA Safeguarding Children, and FA Level 2 Introduction to First Aid in Football (EFAiF).
