Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. As a key member of our recruitment function, you will be responsible for managing a well-established recruitment process and identifying new opportunities for the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a standalone recruitment function, sourcing candidates for Professional Services roles, including HR
- Develop business opportunities, attend networking events, and build relationships with clients and candidates
- Deliver quality candidates to our clients, leveraging our expertise in the end-to-end recruitment process
Requirements:
- Proven recruitment experience within an agency environment
- Experience in sourcing candidates for Professional Services roles, including HR
- Ability to work in a flexible environment, with remote working, part-time, and flexible hours available
